Biography

Pavel Nikitin received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2002. He is currently a Principal Antenna Design Engineer with Impinj where he is doing research, design, and development of RAIN RFID tags and systems products. He previously worked at Honeywell, Intermec, IBM, and Ansys. He is an IEEE Senior Member, has received four Best Paper awards, one Best Poster award, and has over 60 IEEE publications and over 50 US patents.
